Very nice cashiers that are patient. My membership did not come up and she took the time to keep typing it in until she found it. Meanwhile another cashier came right away so that the line wasn't held up.

Great people to help me make good decisions for my pup. As a member the savings were quite reasonable. Takes a bit longer but more enjoyable than ordering on Amazon on the tiny phone screen.

So far so good. I’ve had issues with this location in the past but never had any problems with the animals they’ve sold me. Their customer service has definitely stepped up their game. My kids and wife picked this betta up who seemed happy and energetic. I went to petsmarts for some cheaper plant options and their bettas looked absolutely miserable and they were packed in the smallest deli cups. I will continue to shop this location for any future aquatic or reptile pets.

I highly recommend Cas! She is the FIRST person who has ever been able to do my Great Danes nails AND dry him! He has high anxiety. He struggles at any place I take him. This is the second time I have used Cas and on this drop off he went right to her. I didn’t have to wait to make sure he was okay. That alone tells me she is patient and comforting to him! He feels safe with her and that’s all a dog mom could ever ask for! She is AMAZING! Cas, if you ever see this. I plan to start bringing you my other Danes. Chicken and Potato as well! Waffles obviously feels safe and comfortable with you and that really does tell me you are patient with my high anxiety boy. This is the second time I have used you and we will continue coming to you! You are amazing! You always give me a good report when others tell me they can’t handle him. Or his separation anxiety is to much. You always get him done quickly as well so he obviously doesn’t fight you! You make him feel safe and comfortable so for that I’m beyond grateful I found you!! I hope everyone who sees this will ask for Cas! Especially if your dog has high anxiety!! (My Dane is 3. She is the FIRST person who has made him feel this safe and
